Avoiding WhatsApp Automation Bans

Hey WebNutch community, I'm looking for some advice on how to avoid getting banned from WhatsApp while using automation tools like WAHA. I've set up a detailed automation workflow that reaches out to new customers from my Google Sheet and follows up with them until I get a response. However, I'm running into issues with getting banned after sending around 30-40 messages, usually after about a month. I'm wondering what strategies I can use to make my automation look more legitimate and less like a bot. Should I be sending typing indicators or 'seen' notifications to make it seem more human-like? Are there any other approaches I can take to avoid raising red flags with WhatsApp? I'd love to hear from others in the community who have experience with WhatsApp automation and learn from their experiences. You can also check out the WebNutch marketplace for more resources and workflows related to automation and AI prompts.

Great tip for using WAHA, I've been having similar issues! 🤔

I've heard that WhatsApp's algorithm is pretty strict, so I'd love to know more about how you're setting up your automation workflow. Are you using any specific n8n scripts or WebNutch features to handle the follow-ups?

I had a similar problem and found that spacing out my messages and using more personalized templates helped. I also made sure to have a human review the conversations periodically to avoid any potential red flags. Have you tried implementing any of these strategies?

I'm curious, what kind of personalized templates are you using? Are they based on specific customer data or more general?
