Pricing Strategies for AI Agencies

As a member of the WebNutch community, I'd love to hear your thoughts on pricing models for AI and automation consulting services. My agency specializes in designing comprehensive operating systems and building custom workflows using tools like n8n. We focus on long-term partnerships with our clients, rather than one-off projects. I've been experimenting with different pricing structures and would appreciate your feedback, especially from those who work with 10+ clients. Currently, I'm testing a model that includes: * a 12-month contract * a minimum of 3 days per week at €650/day * the option to scale up to 4 days per week for faster feature delivery. My goal is to provide consistent progress and ongoing improvements for our clients. If you have experience with similar pricing models or recommendations for how to improve this structure, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Let's discuss in the comments and share our knowledge with the WebNutch community.

This is exactly what I needed, I've been struggling to find the right pricing model for my own AI consulting services. Can you share more about the different structures you've been testing?

Regarding the tiered pricing system, how do you handle clients who need a lot of custom workflows? Do you have a separate fee for that or is it included in the base fee? Also, have you considered offering discounts for long-term commitments?

We've had success with a tiered pricing system, where clients pay a base fee for our standard services and then additional fees for custom workflows or priority support. It's been working well for us, but I'm curious to hear about your experience with long-term partnerships 🤔
