Understanding N8n Policies for SaaS Businesses

Hello WebNutch community, I've come across a common concern regarding the use of n8n for creating SaaS businesses. It seems there's a policy in place that restricts using n8n for such purposes. I'd love to clarify this and explore possible workarounds. Specifically, I'm interested in setting up different flows for various enterprises on my VPS, connecting them to a frontend, and delivering personalized apps for each enterprise. All of this would be running on my VPS instance of n8n. Is this a valid approach, or could it lead to issues? I'd appreciate any guidance from experienced community members who have navigated similar scenarios. Perhaps we can discuss this in the context of the WebNutch marketplace and its guidelines for n8n implementations.

I've been using n8n for a similar setup, but I'm not sure if I'm complying with their policies. Can you clarify what specific policies are restricting the use of n8n for SaaS businesses? Are there any official docs or statements from the n8n team?

I think I can help with that. I reached out to the n8n team a while back and they mentioned that the main concern is with reselling n8n as a service. However, if you're using it to power your own SaaS app and not reselling n8n itself, you should be fine. But I'd love to hear more about your VPS setup and how you plan to connect the frontend to n8n. Are you using a reverse proxy or something similar?
